The grease seal construction is a simple and practical design. This sealing structure fills the inside of the bearing with grease and prevents external impurities from entering through the viscosity of the grease. Although the grease sealing structure has poor sealing performance, it is simple and durable and is usually used in low-speed and low-load situations.
The double sealing structure combines the advantages of two sealing methods to provide better sealing performance and protection effect. This structure is commonly used in applications that require high sealing performance. It can effectively protect bearings, extend service life, and improve work efficiency.
